This is our official Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as ‘Policy’), which forms part of your legal agreement with us. Please read this Policy carefully to be sure that you understand how we collect and use information and under what circumstances we share information shared by you (hereinafter referred to as ‘Users’) with any third parties. The information shared by the Users shall be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon under this Privacy Policy and other related policies of the Company. Users’ personal information shall be processed subject to the User’s consent, which shall be deemed when the Users upload their documents for KYC verification and for completing the transaction on www.rimit.in (hereinafter referred to as ‘Website’).

We respect the privacy of Users and are committed to protecting it in all respects from any unlawful disclosure. With a view to offering the most enriching and holistic experience by facilitating the use of a virtual escrow account for transactions of Users, we require certain information, which is private and varies from User to user. The information about the User as collected by us shall comprise:

1. Information supplied by users 
2. transaction-related information generated and
3. Information is automatically tracked while navigating.

(1) Information of User(s)

To avail of the services on our Website, Users are required to provide certain information for the registration process, which may include, but not be limited to, names, addresses, email addresses, KYC documents, bank details, etc. The Information supplied by the Users enables us to improve our sites and provide you with the most User-friendly experience.

All uploaded and required information is service-dependent, and the company may use the above-mentioned User information to maintain, protect, and improve its services (including advertising services) and shall retain the data uploaded by the Users on the Website for its record-keeping purposes. The information may comprise documents for KYC verification which shall mainly include, but not limited to Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Cheque Copies, Property Transaction Agreements or Deeds executed in past or to be executed in furtherance of the transactions facilitated by the company through its Website, chat support messages, contact numbers, SMS, etc.

The company hereby explicitly informs the User that any information uploaded, shared or put on the Website by the Users shall be viewable and accessible for scrutiny, analysis and verification by the third party authorised to conduct such verification. We, along with the appointed third party shall be under obligation to keep the information uploaded by the Users on the Website confidential and private and ensure that there is no unlawful disclosure of the same. Any information shared by the Users shall be stored in our databases, servers and other record keeping portal. Such information will not be considered sensitive if it is freely available and accessible in the public domain or is furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force.
